Yes, we are happy to work with your team either on a short term or long term basis. One of our passion is to empower your team to be confident in their work whilst being available to support with more complex and/or strategic areas of work
About the outsourced finance service
What does "monthly support" actually look like in practice?
This can range from day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, cash forecast, budget monitoring etc. We review the scope of work with you and agree the number of hours/days required each week/month. We can also offer a fixed fee so you have a clear understanding of your monthly commitments
Which accounting software do you use, and will we need to change what we're already using?
Our preferred software are Xero and FreeAgent as we find these to be better suited to the needs of charities and small businesses. We do, however, have clients who use other accounting software
About working with Abi and cost
Will we always deal with Abi directly, or will work be passed to others?
I pride myself in providing a good service to all clients. You will always have direct access to me to discuss anything regarding our work with you. When we onboard, we factor in regular catch-up meetings with me so that no client is left without support
How are you priced, retainer, day rate, or fixed fee?
We offer a pricing structure that works with you, your organisation’s needs and budget. We review this periodically to ensure that this remains viable for both parties.
